Membership starts in the HICAM member community: your portal for everything happening at HICAM. Follow announcements, join discussions with builders, founders, and researchers, and plug into the conversations shaping advanced manufacturing in Central Texas.
Member events, including robotics and AI meetups
Standing invitations to member events at the HICAM facility — the monthly Austin Robotics and AI meetups, salons, demo nights, and ecosystem programming. Some events are member-only; for the rest, members get first access before seats open to the public.

See who else is in the room. Members get visibility into the full member directory so you can find collaborators, customers, and mentors — and reach out directly to connect and collaborate.
News across Train, Build, and Connect
Stay current on HICAM's three pillars: workforce training programs, the prototyping floor and manufacturing cells, and the partner ecosystem — including early word on new programs and facility access.

Community Code of Conduct
The member community works because members look out for it. By joining, you agree to:
- Treat every member, guest, and staff member with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind is not tolerated — in the facility, at events, or in the member community.
- Keep the community constructive. Share knowledge generously, give credit where it's due, and keep disagreements professional.
- No spam or aggressive solicitation. Connecting and collaborating is the point; unsolicited mass outreach through the member directory is not.
- Respect confidentiality. What members share about their unreleased work stays theirs to announce.
- Follow facility safety rules and staff direction at all HICAM events.
