HICAM is an Economic and Workforce Development Nonprofit. 

Our mission is to accelerate innovation in the advanced manufacturing ecosystem with programs to support deep-tech innovators in Automation, Robotics, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen Additive Manufacturing. 



We are currently building a 50k sq ft facility in East Austin near the Tesla Giga Texas Factory.


The directive is clear: America needs to Innovate. We're building an ecosystem hub for groundbreaking advanced manufacturing in Central Texas. We're not just fostering economic growth; We're committed to building a skilled workforce that will drive the advanced manufacturing sector forward, both regionally and nationwide.
